Terms of Service

MetaOnX provides custom software development and AI integration services, including but not limited to:

• Custom web and mobile application development
• AI-powered software solutions (chatbots, predictive analytics, automation)
• UI/UX design and prototyping
• API development and third-party integrations
• LLM and AI API integration (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Ongoing software maintenance and support

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

When you engage MetaOnX for a project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond to communications and feedback requests in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access, credentials, and assets required for the project
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

By engaging our services, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed upon
• Project quotes are provided after the discovery and scoping phase
• Payment milestones are outlined in the project proposal or contract
• Late payments may result in project timeline adjustments

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom software developed for your project. However:

• MetaOnX retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable components
• Open-source libraries used in the project remain under their respective licenses
• MetaOnX may showcase the project in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place
• Pre-existing IP brought by either party remains with its original owner

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, technical specifications, trade secrets, and any information marked as confidential.

For AI-powered features integrated into your software:

• AI outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
• Third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, etc.) are subject to their own terms and usage policies
• Usage costs for third-party AI APIs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed
• MetaOnX is not liable for changes in third-party AI service availability or pricing

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaOnX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the software we develop.

MetaOnX provides a warranty period (as specified in the project contract) after project delivery, during which we will fix bugs and issues at no additional cost. This does not cover new feature requests or changes in project scope.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date. All deliverables completed up to that point will be handed over upon payment.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued engagement of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
